on what is going on now? johnson was president during the mid 60's when the us was embroiled in vietnam. do you think johnson would tell bush to get out? to keep fighting?
I think his advice would be don't listen to the people or congress. Listen to your generals. Set the objectives and let the military do its job. When you get politics involved you end up losing more American lives.
