What Works for you?

I swear it seems like I am always needing to lose a little weight and since I have never dieted I just am not sure what to do. So what better way to figure it out then to ask you guys what worked for you and was it long term or did the weight come back once you stopped? Thanks for the help!

I have to say that what has worked for me is a lifestyle change. I am not skinny, but I got a lot better looking when I went vegetarian about 10 years ago. I kept that weight off too mostly, because it is a permanent lifestyle change. But now I do keep struggling to take off the 8 pounds I gained over the summer. I keep gaining a few back, losing them again. I probably just need to stop eating out and I need to exercise more.
