How do you keep yourself fit?

Health is very important for me. If one is healthy then one could work well. I keep myself healthy by eating the right kind of food and doing activities that keep me healthy such as doing all household chores and walking a lot. I don't sleep too much. If I am not doing anything, I clean the house, wash the clothes and do some gardening. Sometimes I go window shopping with my sister. Aside from eating the right kind of food, I also drink lots of water and avoid all foods that aren't good for the body. I don't eat junk foods and I very seldom drink soft drinks. These are my secret to keeping always fit for work.

I keep myself fit by going to the gym 5 times a week to do a regular training session, I include 45 minutes cardiovascular exercises like the treadmill, bike and cross trainer and then I will lift weights afterwards, so I am very active, it keeps me fit, healthy and slim too! I have built up muscle and lost essential fat to keep my body running smoothly, it also helps to stop me getting colds and flu because you sweat the germs and bugs out of your system, I also drink a lot of water to replace the sweat I lose and that cleans out my body too, so it's a win win situation. It is also addictive too and I love going to the gym.
