What do you do when your scared?

I have always been scared of funeral homes, well that in graveyards at night! Whenever I am at a funeral home or a graveyard, I think the dead people are going to come out of the coffin or sit up in the coffin, and at the graveyards, they are going to start attacking me in the middle of the graveyard. It is probably too many zombie movies, but what I always do is just whistle Amazing Grace.
What do you do when your scared? What are you scared of? How do you fight the demons inside of you?

I got scared easily. Any weird thing can make me scared. About a couple of weeks ago, I went to a Butcher House with my friends. It was so scary for me. I didn't even step my foot into the house. I think that the best way to deal with myself when I got scared is try to think positive and you will be fine.

yea just hpying yourself up for a situation can be one of the best solutions, just go tto help it helps you all the way through=)

I get a bit scared when it is dark out and I have to go outdoors, I also become scared if it is late at night and the house is really quiet and dark. If I have to go outside at night, I make it as quick as I possibly can, and I will often look over my shoulder and such to be sure nothing is going to "get me". More often than not, if it is dark outside, I just avoid going out.
Now, if I am scared at home, I curl up under my blankets and hold onto my pillow until I fall asleep. Sounds pretty ridiculous, doesn't it?

No! That does not sound ridiculous! I live in an old fashioned house where you hear the floor creak, and just the wind can make a howling noise, I curl up also sometimes. =)
Normally at night, my sistes or I will turn on a couple of the lights so that way we feel more secure also. Also playing lightly loud music helps to confort people.

haha! yea I think we all are afraid of where we will wake up one day and be, it is kind of disturbing to thik about there being a life after a life, and not having anyone else to clinge to.

the only things i am scared of this to see my myself my mistakes of which we end me falling and might get problem in standing up on my feet again , so ,when see one coming i try my best to do alli can my best to stop and if i can to faced it ,and of which i will sure i wouldnt have to face again,so the best to get yur problem solve ,it to faced it ,at once.

Everytime i get scarred, i just pray and then the fear goes away because i know that God is watching over me!

when ever i get scared i always mostly go to the wash room dont know why i stay there it calms me pretty weired

hmm not sure why that would be, but I know what your referring to. When I am at my Great Aunt's house and like there si a tornado warning that is where I go hide heh.
