If your neighbor's new pup whines throughout the night, and your neighbor, the so-called owner of the pup sleeps right through it and never comes to check what is wrong with the pup AND if your other neighbors NEVER heard ANY pup whining throughout the night, THEN
1. The pup never whined throughout the night.
2. You, the hearer, is crazy (no doubts about it) and you ought to see a shrink so that you can fit into a society of deaf people.
3. Why, there isn't even a pup!! So you need to check your eyes if you think you saw one and see your shrink if you think your neighbor bought one.
So, no problem!! Or, in other words, your problem lies within you!!

Aw the crazy neighbor quandary. I just got an apology from our crazy neighbor who caused a lot of unnecesary greif and strife. So lets see there is a puppy only you can hear and only you can see. That is funny though not really cause it can be annoying to hear that all night long.

Well, since I found a stray pup by the road yesterday, I am both right now. However, when I started the discussion, I was the pup hearer. LOL!!

Hi positiveminded,
You will have to be a snoop then, take photos when you see the pup and tape the pup whinning in the night, yes you will have to be a snoop to get the evidence my friend so they won't think you have lost the plot.
