Can you image one who has never learned dancing becomes a dance term leader?

I never learn how to dance,but now I am the dance team leader in my department.I am nervous about how to teach new term members,though there are only five members.What I have is my passion and some experience in competitions.So what should I do?Please give me some suggestions``````

if you never learned how to dance, how could you become team leader and have to teach others a dance? I would suggest talking to a dance insturctor to get some ideas.
