With the tremendous advances in medical science, the average life span of a human has gone up. people live longer, there are treatments availavble for many diseases, which was not available to our forefathers. Yet unfortunately, the present generations are not as relaxed and as cheerful as the older generations. They have a longer life to achieve what they set out to do, yet they are alwaus short of time. Why is it so?

No doubt with the advance of medical science, we live longer but do we live healthier? During our forefathers era, the food they eat was much healthier and they healthier in term of doing work in the field. Present days, not only there are so much stress in our life, the food we eat is full of unhealthy ingredients. Longer life to achieve our goal and yet longer time to suffer.

i think that people are not enjoying life because we have more stuff to "enjoy" then they ever did. Like traveling, movies, concerts, etc.. The older generations felt satisfied because they had nothing to do in their lives other than work.
