Spicy Spicy Potatoes

If you are interested in tasting some spicy potato fries continue to read. The dish is lip smacking and completely asian.
Boil three potatoes. Peal the skin and smash them. Mix chilly powder - one and a half spoon, coriander powder and cumin powder - 2 pinches of each. Dont forget to add salt to taste. Then take a pan, heat some oil and fry the smashed potatoes till they become crispy.
Do you have any simple recipies with potato? I am growing potato plants so interested with potato recipies.

I don't have any personally but I think there are several recipes on the web. I would try recipe goldmine.com. It definitely has alot of recipes on it.
