What do you do when you are stressed out.

think you come from office stressed out. What is the first thing you do to destress yourself.It might be anything .i listen to music to destress myself and forget all the office things once i come out.

when i am stressed out i have to clean up the whole house. i put my gloves on and then i start to spraying and wiping and scrubbing. and when i start cleaning i throw away whatever is in my way. it pisses my boyrfriend off but hey i feel better.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world.

Music is a big destresser for me. I also have learned that by deep breathing several times and just really forcing myself to kind of relax and let go of some tension, I can bring myself to a more relaxed state. Also, sometimes I get stressed because I have a little too much nervous energy built up. If I can get up and moving it usually goes away in a little bit of time. Usually an hour of just walking around a store or something can destress me pretty quickly.

i love dancing,acting,reading books,gossiping with friends and many more things so whenever i got stressed out generally i do all these things but apart from that i think meditation is the best way to combat stress.

Finding ways to destress yourself is very important. Visualization and meditation can be very helpful as well. Exercise can help too.

listening to good music or watching a short comedy show are effective de-stress-ers for me .. =)

I also listen to music when I am under stress. Talking to a good friend also helps.
