His style of rising suddenly is one of the best gimmicks in all of WWE. But I believe that after a while Undertaker should retire or get a break in order to remain entertaining superstar otherwise he will burnout.

But I don't do that at least not because its a new year. I mean you can set goals for yourself any day of the year, just to make your goals sound special people set it in the new year.
