Although I do have to wonder how he "received" anything since in order for one to receive, the other must "give", and vacuums are not known for their ability to act independently. 
At least we know the next person who washes their car will not step in anything "foreign" (unlike in some movie theaters). 
My question is, if you were the person to spot this "suspicious activity", would you have called the police or would you have hollered anonymously to the, ahem, pleasure seeker that he'd best be off, as it were, before the police arrived?

Wow, I can't believe this story made it all the way to the Boston Globe. I live in Michigan and saw this story in the Oakland Press. Me and my family wee laughing about it. I think it were me that saw it, I would do nothing. First of all, I'd hate to be the one to embarass him that he had been seen.

Where do I find this stuff? It's just out there. All I have to do is look. They're not all worth bothering with, but every once in a while, a really "ripe" one comes along. And, some days, a bunch of them. I got lucky over the weekend.
I was thinking, if I saw this happening, I might be tempted to either shout myself or have my daughter shout, "WHAT A STUD!!" -or- "HARDER! HARDER!"
I doubt he'd be there long after that! LOL
