Winnie Winnie Pooh

Sometimes the thin words is more difficult for the little ones to say. So they skip over it. Still it comes across as adorable. My daughter tended to just repeat the verses she likes the best.

That reminds me of the time when my daughter was little she use to love her nursery rhymes but every time she sang Baa Baa black sheep instead of singing "the little boy who lives down the lane". She would sing "the little boy who lived down the drain". Also when ever she heard the Kristy MacColl song "There is a guy who works down the chip shop swears he's Elvis" instead of singing "who works down the chip shop" she would sing "who lives down the chip shop".

Makes me remember my nepher , he likes to sing along with anime movies.Yes i can imagine , it must be so cute!

My sister loved Winnie the Pooh. Only she insisted on calling it Pooh Bear. She had a huge stuffed one she slept with when she was a toddler. Even know she collects Winnie the Pooh memorabilia. And she bought my dog a little stuffed Pooh bear for a toy. He loves it.

Not sure about Winnie but Dora yes. When it came on the song was sung like a pro. But if she like Winnie let her sing all she wants. They one day she will find something else she likes and sing along with that too. I know for sure that cartoons really grasp there attention. Like school house rock did when i was young. I though those were some of the best commercials that ABC ever came up with. They should still show them on Saturday mornings but they don't. Now I use to sing them when I was young and enjoyed it alot. Some of them I still remember bits and pieces of them. They are a good way for kids to learn. When you mix music and learning together. They seem to catch on faster. Also Sesame Street was another show that did that with abc's and numbers. Learning came easy, so when they started school they already knew some of the basics. I think they still have Sesame Street too. So let your little girl sing all she wants she will get it right sooner or later. You have to admit that its cute it's it when she sings. Have a good one.

My grand twins and I sing each evening and then say our prayers together. They are 28 months. Their mommy is away until next month so they pray for mommy and Daddy and then their praying becomes very creative as they even pray for my car! I l;ove it when they get creative in their singing too! So much fun. About 2 weeks ago they came in to my room about 2 am, woke me up and said 'here we are'. Big smiles. The boy was holding his sister's hand and in the other hand he had the tv remote and said 'Dora the explorer" I tried to look stern and failed, and then they climbed into bed with me one on either side. They reach across my body and hold hands to go back to sleep. They come across to me each night and as this is o.k. with my son, I don't mind. They need the extra comfort and love as they haven't seen thier Mommy since July. She phones them daily but she is in Dubai teaching for the next year. She will be home at the beginning of December for a month. what a wonderful christmas this will be! However, when they wake about 6 am they go to their Daddy and he gets them their milk etc and I get to snooze for another hour before I do the mad dash thing to go to work.
