Scammed (kind of)...

I was going to enter a Poem of a Month contest that lasts one year. It costs $12 in British pounds (about $20 US). When I went on the website to sign up, however, that's I got scammed. You see, they were offering a deal if you entered the "poem a month" and "story a month" contests, you'd save $4 pounds. As I'm looking to write more fiction anyway and I'm a girl with an eye for a bargain. I signed up for both. The problem is that I KNOW I wouldn't have signed up for both contests if they wouldn't have offered that deal. It's like the way they get you to supersize a McDonald's meal. But I'm stuck with it now; it's either finish both or just forfeit money.

It dose sound like you've been scammed, i'm curious weither or not there is some kind of reward fro the winner and is it worth the 12 pounds. If I were you I would still finish both the poem and story since you paid for it, otherwise you are just wasting your money.
