Crave Chocolate and Red Meat?

I don't know why but I always crave these two things when it is that time of the month. Not together but a nice juice med/rare grilled steak along with something decadently chocolate sounds great about now. What are your cravings?

I usually crave salt. It is the thing that I crave the most frequently. I like it alot.

You probably crave red meat because it's high in iron. During that time of the month, your body looses a lot of iron.
I always get a sweet tooth that time of the month. Chocolate, candy, cookies, anything with sugar!
