Getting some problem with the internet

Whenever I am giving anything for search either in google or in yahoo, an internet page is being opened which contains the details of the search made or the page opened. The same thing is happening when I am doing the same with mozilla or chrome. Is somebody keeping a track of my browsing details or something else has happened. Please respond. Whether there are chances of any trojan horses?
