I Can't Seem to Sleep and I Don't Know What to Do

It has been almost two months now and I can not seem to sleep. I do not know what to do. I go to sleep really late and then wake up really early and can't lay ack down so I am up all day. Then I think I will go to bed at a decent time and then end up going to bed really really late and it starts all over again. I have tryed everything and it does not work. Even taken sleep aids but they make me drowsy in morning. So if you have any advice please let me know. I am desperate.

Have you tried taking vitamin b3b6b12 take it before you go to sleep. It helps me sleep. It might work for you. Well it's better to try then not trying at all. Have a nice day!

No I have never tried that but it sounds like a a good idea. Thank you so much for your advice. I really appreciate it. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work so THank you so much

Stop thinking. You are most likely to stressed out and have a lot on your mind. It seems like you are always worried about something. If you want to sleep just relax, stop thinking. Don't watch Tv before sleeping ....don't even log on to mylot its addicting.... work the whole day ..don't take naps in between ....don't eat fruits after dinner , it keeps you awake .....before sleeping you can read a boring book or watch a really boring program that you just hate and drowse yourself to sleep ...hope that works
