Most of us have bought or thought about buying a house. Our expectations of what the house should be like vary depending on the person. So what kind of things do you consider when it comes to purchasing a home? For me, I would say first and foremost is budget. My ability to pay dertermine what kind of home I will buy. Then come stuffs like lot size, parking spaces, rooms, location, etc.

A house is what I want. I have been thinking about having a house for so many years, but it's still a dream that haven't come true because of financial problem. The house I want doesn't have to be very big, just one with a bathroom and a kitchen and a small bedroom. And I will paint it white and blue, my favorite color. I hope that I can get it in 5 years.

I do not care about the type of house, whatever house, unit, apartment or flat. I only buy the one I can pay for. And I need gas cooking, parking space. Of course, the location is very important. I need a nice school for my child.

In buying a house the first and foremost factor that i consider is my finances.will my finaces allow me to pay for the monthly amortization of the house?how long can pay the house.Next comes what house do i like to have.will it be a studio type?a condo unit,a vaation house or a home where i can start my own family. Now i am saving money to buy me a lot. After that,i will be planning for the house.
