I recently bought a coconut milk from a Filipino store but I don't know what to cook it with. Any ideas?

I didn't know that there are chicken curry with coco milk in it. I always cook chicken curry but I cook it with Japanese curry sauce just like those from the restaurants. That's interesting...thanks.

We cook chicken curry with coco milk. Sometimes we use nestle cream as replacement for the coco milk. But the taste is much better if coco milk is used.

I am not really sure about Bicol express. I once bought that from this Filipino restaurant that I often go to and I couldn't find anything with coco milk there but that. So when I was told that it was Bicol Express I said ok, i'll try it. The ingredients are kind of weird though. It's like all sorts of things put together but the taste wasn't bad at all. I liked the imitation crab they put in it together with the mussels. I don't remember the other ingredients. It looked like there was a lot though....kind of looked like messy. Are there any simple ingredients for Bicol Express?

pork, eggplant, bagoong, and of course siling green(plenty of that to make it spicy you can add siling labuyo to make it hotter).
