Played drums when I was a kid ... now I like playing piano. It helps relax and think of good things.

Cool cool. i love listening to piano music, but the only full song i can play is let it be by the beatles. and the only reason i learned it is cuz my keyboard has a screen that shows the fingering lol!

I used to play the violin but I lost interest in that kinda fast. I play guitar now and I'm very glad I started. I think playing instruments is a very important part in the mental development of children. I play gibson guitars and use fender amps. I like the gibson bodies better, but I'm not really an expert, just give me a cool looking cheap guitar and I'm happy haha.

I haven't gotten into electric much yet. I play classical guitar. I also play a couple other instruments. Right now I practice viola and chromatic harmonica the most probably.

I'm not as good at strumming chords. But I can do the flamenco strum. We had to do that back when I was in guitar ensemble.

Hey. I've been playing guitar for about 30 years now, but I still wouldn't consider myself much of a guitar player. I am actually a better singer and have been looking for someone who plays acoustic guitar to put together an act so we can start playing out. I have been in bands since I was 16 and miss the gigs. If anyone knows anyone who can play in the Mount Holly,NJ area, please tell them to contact me. I don't have a guitar right now and sure miss my acoustic/electric I had. Good luck to you and if anyone wants to check out my tunes you can visit me at www.myspace.com/johnbishop07 Keep jamming and have fun!

I envy you guys because I don't play any instrument. I just press the piano keys by following the lights on it, strum the guitar without any tune on it and just beat the drum without producing any good sound. Well the good thing about what I'm doing is that I'm enjoying it! I think I need more patience when it comes to learning how to play the piano, my favorite instrument.

I've been playing piano for about 4 years maximum I think, with some breaks because I've been travelling and wasn't able to practice. I've had a keyboard for most of that time though, which really slowed me down because the playing just isn't the same as it is on a proper piano. I've wanted to play violin for a while, but started guitar with my friend next year. I got an electric one. ^_^ I don't play anymore though, because I'm busy doing other things most of the time and wouldn't have time to practice if I took lessons. I'm keeping it though and might start later in the year if I can find time. ^_^ Nice guitar and drumming skills. I'm into electric music most of the time as well. =P

And I am that friend. (h) I've been playing piano for a few years now but never really started taking it semi-seriously until last year. =P I've also been taking guitar lessons for a year which has been really fun. I miss Masha (Zezloler xD) learning with me though. =( Wow, six years of guitar. :o You must be awesome. ^_^

Hi Optimize. I play a little piano. I never took lessons, taught myself. I don't play it really good but enough so that I can play a song. I need to use music tho, I can't play it by ear. I think it's good to know how to play some kind of instrument. It can be a relaxing thing

I started playing the piano when I was eight years old and was classically trained up to Grade 5. When I reached sixteen I taught myself to play lead guitar and I am still playing both. After a few years in bands and playing gigs my friend taught me to play the drums/percussion and I also write songs and music using audio sequencers. I also write my own lyrics and songs and have been doing some digital sound engineering for a few of my mates bands.

i've played piano since i was about 8 years old. i now have an electric piano. i want to get a real piano again too but they are so expensive. i also know how to play the alto saxophone, flute, and clarinet. i want to learn guitar and the harp as well. i'll learn guitar before i learn the harp though. guitar's are alot cheaper than harps and i've heard that they are alot easier to learn too.

I learned to play the guitar back in high school. Then when my mom bought an electric keyboard, i learned a few keyboard chords. Finding the keyboard to be a little complicated, I got back to my guitar. I envy my friends who are really good on the fretboard. My regret was that I really didn't motivate myself to really practice it. I was content with simple strumming. The fact however is that, since high school, I noticed that I really excel when I use my built-in instrument - my voice. In my high school band, I was the lead vocalist. I just strum an acoustic guitar to mask my nervousness.

I had played the flute for 8 years, the piano for a couple, and have been slowly teaching myself the acoustic guitar-just wish I had more time to do it!

I've played guitar for 11 years. I used to play a lot of electric but I really just stick with acoustic now. I have an old vintage, baby blue hagstrom electric, a red epiphone, a silver dean flying v, a fender acoustic, an unfinished seagull, and an old vintage classical that I picked up in a pawn shop. The classical is probably my favorite to play but I always have to go on a search for the ball end nylon strings because I can't seem to tie classical strings to save my life! haha

Seems that I spend most of time doing gigs and shows so I quit. but my body seems to grow tired when im not doing shows so again I started to look for a stable band. LOL!!! music is just inside of me im not happy not holding and playing my bass or electric guitar..... Rock on mate!!!

I took piano lessons for a couple of years when I was Jr High age, but I was never any good at it. I could never get my left hand to work properly. I tried the recorder for a while, but I didn't make beautiful music.

You sure got got your hand full in many instruments. I only play the guitar but sometimes a little keyboard and piano. I want to learn other instrument but always caught up with busy schedule and commitments. So I guess I just stick to my old electric guitar for a while.
