Do You Relive Moments and it Feels like the First Time

I was driving today for work and I had to go through an neighborhood that I once lived in with my ex-husband. As I was driving I remember a time when I had an exasperbation of my MS and I had to get to the doctor my now ex-husband refused to come and get me. So I had to drive myself. I remember the snow and ice that was surrounding me and I felt the anxiety that felt 10 years ago all over again like it was happening again.
Does that happen to you? Do you see something or hear something and it brings back such a vivid memory that the feelings are reall to you all over again?

Actually i do relive something from my past.It hurts like hell and i havent told anyone in 31 years. So when i hear of other people reliving things from their past i have bad dreams and i wake up with a cold sweat. People kind of think that they are the only ones with a bad past. I just want to forget somethings in my past but it just dont happen. There are some people i would like to forget but i cant cuz it hurts to bad. But i tend to make a shell around myself sometimes so i dont get hurt and still i get hurt. It doesnt seem to me that doing that works. If i didnt have my daughter i wouldve just found myself an eficiency and just barracaded myself inside and just never talk to anyone. Thats the way life has treated me.
