I don’t think I can say that I eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet means eating form all the food groups, proteins ,carbohydrates, peas and beans, vegetables . However, this may prove difficult especially if you are not at your home. Consequently when on the road and you are pressured to grab something quickly so you can move on to some other location ,it may be really difficult to get a balanced diet. It may be similarly difficult to eat a balanced diet when you are eating from the cafeteria at work and the only work around for this is to carry food from your home. Luckily for most of us there are supplements that we can take to enhance our diets. tables. However, this may prove difficult especially if you are not at your home.

I eat 6 times a day - small, frequent meals because I blow up easily (like grow fat really easily). And I try to incorporate as much fiber into my diet because I try to eat as normal as I could (carbs, meat, everything! including desserts!) and try to make sure that I don't eat junk food and fatty foods - chocolate is an exemption :D
Thanks for the comment on my discussion!
