 I drop hints too. I have been noticing that people just don't take a hint. I don't like to hurt anothers feeling so I usually don't say anything. I can take a hint myself and I get the idea.  I just looked at my 4 year old grand daughter this morning. She is growing up. Her pajama bottoms are way too short, fit perfectly in the waist, just too short. If we got up a size then the waist is way too big. I think with a pair of long socks they can be worn for a little bit longer. Children grow so quickly. I am like you I usually just wrap up the gift and use a name tag on it. My Mother is 84 years old and she spends a lot of time wrapping gifts and putting ribbons and bows on even if it is just for us here at home. I don't see why waste a ribbon and bow if the gift is just going to be torn open on Christmas morning. Happy Mylotting. Happy Holidays |
