Are you one of those persons that has to have breakfast before you leave out otherwise you cant function?.Is this breakfast likely to be heavy or light? For some this breakfast has to consist of a select number of items say bacon, eggs, frankfurters, bread, cereal and orange juice in various combinations. Some persons prefer to skip breakfast and instead go for a heavy lunch because these persons will not eat dinner .These persons dont like to eat after a certain time for fear of putting on weight. Finally there are a set of persons who believe dinner is the most important meal because you will be sleeping for about eight hours and need sustainance for that period. Eating habits vary from person to person, what are your eating habits?

I never used to be a breakfast person I guess I would rather have the extra time in bed but after I saw someone talking on TV about this sort of thing i have changed my mind, they were saying how the average person sleeps 8 hours a night so that means you are going with out food or drink for eight hours, how mantimes in an 8 hour day do you have something to eat or drink, so if you don't have breakfast you are going off to work or school and adding more time to that 8 hours of nothing in your stomach, I think that is asking a lot of our bodies to expect it to function well after having nothing for eight hours and then more until out first meal break...it just sounded sensible when this lady explained this way.

I used to eat three times a day. Morning time breakfast. I was taking breakfast very light. And after noon I used to take my lunch I will take more food than the breakfast and dinner. And night I used to take light food as a dinner. I skip breakfast sometimes but not daily. Happy to sharing your views. Happy myLotting.

The first thing that I have to do when I wake up is EAT! Yes, by the time I wake up I'd be starving and since breakfast is my favorite meal of the day (or when I wake up late, it'd be brunch LOL) I never want to miss it. With that said, I rarely do lunch... because I'd be stuffed from breakfast. But when I do feel my tummy grumbling in the afternoon (around 3 pm or 4pm), I'd have a sandwich or something. Some of the time, I'd have a bag of chips and soda. Dinner, on the other hand, is a definite MUST. But I do not eat that much (as compared to breakfast) in the evening -- I guess that's why I'd be starving when I wake up! LOL Also, I wouldn't want to have any nightmares too... you know, the kind you get when you sleep with a full stomach? :) SWEET DREAMS! :D

Fasting from anywhere of 6-30+ hours and then eating a huge well cooked meal. When I do this it makes me feel like I've actually absorbed the nutrients and it feels good.

I hardly have time for breakfast on weekdays, so the only 2 main meals are lunch and dinner. I have coffee breaks, though at around 4pm. And after dinner, I will be eating snacks. It's only on weekends that I have breakfast (if I can wake up early enough). The rest of the meals remain the same.

I believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, although it wasn't until this year that I started eating it regularly. I usually eat cereal in the morning, a sandwich after school, and dinner. After my tennis lesson (every school night) I have a plate of fruits. I feel that my eating schedule is healthy, however, I do eat some unhealthy food in between sometimes (chocolate, for example). I feel that this needs to be gradually put to an end or at least reduced in frequency because it's the main reason I don't lose any weight. I'm not a weight freak, though, I just believe in maintaining a constant, healthy balance. ;)

I used to only eat a bread each morning. Later on I got more hungry so I ate 2 breads each morning, which was everything. Until I went depressed one time and I couldn't eat anything in the morning. My girlfriend pulled me out of that dark hole and now I can eat as much as I can in the morning. I think breakfast and dinner are the most important meals. Breakfast for energy before work/school and dinner to gain more energy after work/school. People that skip breakfast to lose weight should not do that. Breakfast is extremely important. You have to eat a meal each two hours. Even if a meal only excists out of one apple or a bunch of vegtables.
