How to solve your computer tatigue?

I used a computer, eye fatigue easily, often a headache, resulting in skin problems. What is a good way to improve it?

You may have to change your habits. The things you can do include - Adjusting the brightness and contrast of your monitor to a comfortable viewing level. - Do not sit too close to the monitor. - Adjust viewing height. Ideally we should be looking down at the monitor instead of having our heads tilted upwards. - Occasionally while working look at objects as far away as possible. This is not the same as closing the eyes. May your eyes shine bright.

Use a screen filter for your monitor !

It is better to using flatron monitor. I used flatron monitor and I was spend 10 to 12 hours a day, there is no effects to my eyes. Some monitors gave that type of problems. Try to adjust monitor brightness as need you have. And wear sunglass when you are in front of the monitor. It reduces some headache. Happy myLoting.
