At one time I was doing around 400 sites. Many turned out to be a waste of time. Many were scam sites, others were scammed by members who were interested in getting money without making any real contribution to the sites, and a few were unsustainable. On the plus side the experience has made me wiser (I think).

Obviously people have different opinions on this matter, based on things like available and accessible knowledge, and personal perceptions. Certain things can only be speculated. After my first PayPal account was blocked for unknown reasons, I had it for more than one year, I registered a different account, with a different email address. Cases of people using the same IP address for PayPal do happen. Three other members in my household have their own PayPal account. We share the same IP, using a wireless router.
