Why are they still here?

I have read postings where a claim was made that such and such a site is better than myLot. Why is it that people who hold strongly to this belief still stay on myLot? How would they feel if someone stays at your home praises other homes and invite other household members to go to these homes while he/she remains in the house?
What is your opinion on this topic?

Yes, they are trying to get referrals. But, this is not exactly the way to do it. Most people just put links in their profiles. It does seem kind of rude to be on myLot but constantly promoting other sites. So, I know why they do it, but I agree that is is kind of not a cool thing to do. :)
