ok what went wrong

I have sent things with a link before and it worked what has gone wrong? Maybe I am not supposed to send this post, but I thought it was kind of need. You just click on the cookie recipe and presto it's there. So if anyone finds a recipe from my list that they like I will gladly forward it along. I am sorry for the mix up. If anyone knows why my cookie recipe thing isn't working please let me know.

I feel so special, I have all the cookie recipes, I know someone special who sent them to me. I imagined you copied and pasted the email. I wonder if you copied and pasted the link if that would work. you can try it in a response. I don't know if it would work, its worth a try. Anyway thanks for all the cookie recipes, I will be checking them out.

That's cause you are special! I have absolutely no idea how to transfer an email to a myLot friend without having to ask for their Email address. If you can shed some light on this let me know.

Hi Granny,
I hate the way they do this. If your post comes to my email, then I have to respond before I get to see what you have posted, like your cookie link. It would be nice for a more convenient setup.

It's been my understanding we can't post recipe links on myLot. You should be able to find the information on the guideline page. I guess myLot doesn't want this site to turn out to be a recipe site for listing or trading links which I can understand to some extent. But cookie recipes sound so good..lol

Well Yes I guess so, I don't know but as I'm thinking about this I guess it makes sense because this came to me as an email. So obviously if I have lets say your email address then I could forward it on to you as an email where I can not just send it the way I did Right???

I am surprised you have to even ask the question as the answer is in the guidelines under the discussion Donts- Post jokes, recipes, etc. as discussions. This is a form of abuse and all recipes and jokes will be deleted if they are started as a discussion.

Of course it affects me too but letting you know when you ask a question and I know the answer is that not what friends are for?

Sorry, guess that's what I get for being stupid. I am surprized however that you would answer my post knowing all the rules. If this gets deleted doesn't that affect you in a small way as well ???

I think you have to copy and paste. Or you could pm me. Besides I will have to convert the recipes to sugar free anyway.
