Writers they say are emotional people...moody,...they write when they are up...they write when they are down....but they must indeed be inspired otherwise they couldn't write so well...True ? your comment

People are emotional, and writers are people, but that does not mean all writers are emotional people. I think writing is a good way to express emotions, but it can also be used to share information, or to express rational thoughts on serious subjects, without involving the emotions.

I agree with this. I am definitely one of the emotional ones. But I know that not everybody is. Like you said, writing can also be used to share information, etc. and so on. Still, I am a very emotional writer! ;)

Hmm. I dunno about this one. I'm not an emotional person. Although I am a person capable of feeling emotions. Writing is not an entirely emotional process (no one'd wanna do it, probably, were this the case!). It's intuitive and creative because it's a form of art and it's tied into an educational nature. It certainly helps to be able to tap into the emotions expressed in your works, but it's not necessarily necessary.

well ,i don't think so , many examples can illstrate the idea is wrong ,it haven't evidence to prove that all the writer must be emotional one ,maybe his or her life fill paintings, and maybe he or she have stubun the hardships, some writers write novels just as a purly love or desire ,but some ones basis of the difficult life and in this conditions he choose the writing as his occupation....but he maybe not a emtional one ,, just like marktwain ,famous writer ,but in his late life ,fill many paintings on his life.fianlly he became depraved,,,, so this idea is not totally right
