Friends are always there?

My friend went out of town for a few days and took her children, her hubby had to work so she left him behind. My hubby works with him and we are all great friends, so I decided to be his fill in wife...lol. He came over after work yesterday and I gave him dinner and dessert, then we watched movies and the guys played games, he went home by 10pm. Tonight we are repeating that except he will be staying over (since they do not work Fridays). It is no fun being home alone so I felt he shouldnt, his wife is very grateful, and my son loves having him here (more guys to play with..lol) Would you do this for a friend? or would you just make him be alone?

That's what friends are made of. When you see that your friend may have a need for something you give freely. Good for you. your Karma meter just went up a notch:)

It looks like you and your husband are great friends to this couple and I know the husband appreciates your kindness and attention. I would do the same thing in your place. I agree that it's no fun sitting at home alone when you're used to having your wife and kids around so thumbs up to you and your family for being so nice!
