I dont eat food that much but I do drink coffee a lot. sometimes I drink a lot of coffee more than I drink water everyday? It's my alternative of not eating food? But I still a lot of wieght though I dont eat that much... is this because of too much coffee?

It depends on what you're putting in the coffee. If you take five sugars and a bunch of cream then, yes, the coffee will affect your weight. You have to also look at what you are eating when you do finally eat. Are you overeating because you've had no food all day? Are you eating fatty or fried foods? Do you eat enough fruits and vegetables? Living a healthy lifestyle is the best way to keep your weight in check.

I think so! because I dont drink my coffee plain and black. I put sugar and cream to it. So yeah. now i know. But my problem now is... i cant just drink coffee plain.

It depends on what you put in your coffee. Is it black or do you add stuff to it. Coffee does have calories alone so it can make you gain weight. If you drink water alot it will be better. I tend to gain when i drink coffee. And i lose when i drink water

Perhaps it's because of the coffee. The sweetness for coffee is very high, especially if you drink so much coffee. (Since you said you drink coffee more than water) I have read that drinking too much coffee is bad for health. I like to drink coffee too. I drink at most two cups of coffee per day, but I'm trying to cut down the coffee too. I can't drink plain coffee too, it'll spoil my mood of drinking coffee. haha~~
