Last year my sister was diagonised with breast cancer. She's fine now after the treatment. But she's become too health conscious. I know we have to be health conscious, but being extreme too is bad. She criticises the vegetables, and is very particular from where she buys. She is just getting to be an extremist in buy food stuff. I just don't know whether it is right or wrong.

Extreme is in the eye of the beholder, I think. I might seem extreme to some, but not so extreme to others. I think it's important to eat as close to organic as possible and to eat enough of the right, healthy foods while eliminating or minimizing the wrong kinds. We really are what we eat.

I don't negate eating healthy food. But I don't want to go extreme. Wouldn't that drop your immunity?

Drop your immunity? Not at all. If anything, it would increase it. A healthy body has a healthy immune system, but if a body is busy fighting off toxins, it may not be able to fight off infections at the same time.
