two glasses of water after waking up

i have been having trouble with bowel movements. and been doing everything i thought could help. then my mother in law told me to drink 2 glasses of water straight, right after i wake up and true enough, it worked! so now, i am making it a daily habit. but of course, i do not neglect my water intake for the rest of the day. if you have the same problems, try this natural laxative. water really helps regulate bowel movements! aside from the fact that it nourishes our bodies and refreshes us, too. take care all and God bless you! have a happy weekend!

Bowel troubles are something that I have never had. My son has problems once in awhile though. Maybe I should have him try the water thing.

What a simple solution! Sometimes, a small change actually can make us healthier. I do drink water just after I wake up, coz I always feel thirsty, but I'm not sure if I did drink 2 glasses of water. Thanks for the healthy tip!

I am very regular because of coffee in the morning. But I have heard this about water also. Glad it worked for you.
