someone responds to one of my older disscusions?i still want to be able to keep up with them as well.but it is sort of difficult to tell when they are getting responses,maybe they are not.but i'd like to know.

You have the option in your preferences to set up to recieve and email when any one responds to your discssions. That is what I do. That way I can keep up as well. You may want to check out your options and try that. See if you like it.

If you have your notifications turned on, you will receive an email every time someone responds to one of your discussions. The emails contain links directly to the discussion so you can comment if you want.
If you don't have notifications turned on you can also look at your list of discussions you have started. The ones responded to most recently are at the top of the list.
