I don't take anything for them, I just try and talk myself out iof them but I have noticed I only seem to get them when i am extra worried about something or depressed, so i try to control this area of my life...

I just recently read an article about fibromyalgia...some of the things in the article I could definitely relate to. I began feeling some of the symptoms...constant aching joints, extreme fatigue...etc, but I was also starting to have increased signs of anxiety. My Dr. increased by prozac and put me back on xanax. I seem to be feeling better and alot of the fatigue symptoms have eased but he told me to look into food allergies. Some food allergies like celiac disease (wheat, oat, bran allergy) and yeast allergies (obviously, yeast and high sugared items since yeast needs the sugar to grow)...some of these allergies can actually cause anxiety, depression, skin ailments and joint and muscle fatigue like fibromyalgia. If you search it you might find some pretty interesting info. Hope you feel better!

Klonopin as a tranquilizer may help. Depending how much you take but can be addictive. I'm on a similar combination of meds as you. Panic attacks are basically thinking your loosing control. Just remind your self its ok and your in control. If your meds take away your anxiety completely it will be worse when you need to come off them. Ask your doctor about doing biofeedback, or some cases doctors actually induce panic attacks to help you learn to cope with them. Panic attacks can be scary, but its mostly your thought patterns. Try staying with a loved that you feel safe with you'll never have one around them.
