I have to agree with most of the other posts and do not stop taking your medicine cold turkey. Also, it would be a good idea to discuss it with your prescribing Dr. so they can tell you how to ween of the medication. My oldest and one daughter both like to stay up late and love to sleep in. They are 11 and 9 and they would sleep until 10:00 or 11:00 if they could. I always check the date. My husband works for a mass retailer/grocer and he is a fanatic about the dates on products. I know some are expiration and some are sell by dates but unfortunately they don't always specify which is which. Luckily he is pretty "educated" about it because of work. You have to be so careful with food ...it is not worth getting really sick because of an overlooked date.

We usually always eat dinner together at the table. On occasion we have sat around in front of the T.V. but not very often.I try to not even have the television on while we are eating so that way we can talk to the kids about their day.

Thankfully, I don't have drama in my life. I am so glad because I really don't have time to deal with things like that.
