A friend was telling me just this smorning about an eight hundred dollar bra that Jessica Simpson bought in one of her shopping spree while on "Newlywed" that got me thinking about the lifestyles of celebrities.let me be the first to admit that I dont watch reality shows and so i dont know if the facts are correct,it sounds pretty incredible to me.If my facts are wrong ,please correct me and my apologies to Jessica. Now my concern is that should a bra firstly be selling for that amount and what are its special properties that makes it different from cheaper brands.Should anyone spend do much on an item that cant wash itself?I could undertstand if the item was going to wash ,cook and clean for me but not a plain bra.Now we all know that these persons are millionaires and can afford it but do you think that is conscious use of resources ?Especially when you consider what these funds could have bought ?

I really don't think we should judge how others spend their money. It's easy to say you wouldn't buy something when you don't have the funds for it. At least she putting money into the economy. Her husband, at the time, yelled at her if that make you feel any better,

I believe that if you work for your money you should have the right to spend it anyway you want it but I cant help but feel there is a limit and I cant stand extravagance especially when I know there are kids starving around the world.Maybe its like you said I dont have the money but atleast her husband has his head in the right place so that proves you can have money and the sense to spend it

To each their own. I just think if you start putting limits on things, you get into mess. I.e. you don't need 300 dollar shoes. So, so there's 100 dollar shoes. Well, you can buy 20 dollar ones from payless. Ones that kids made probably in China. So, if you live like that you're only supporting sweatshops and there will be something you like/want and and someone will turn around and tell you it's too much, or you don't need it.

What a waste of money, there is no need to spend money like that, these people have no comprehension of money. They know the cost of everything and the value of nothing. It makes you wonder if they buy matching pants as well.Don't they know people are starving in the world,I can quite honestly say even if I had that sort of money spending that type of money is ludicrous.

This is my view too, having money is one thing but you should exercise some kind of moral frame when spending it, especially when peopl are starving all over the world.
