Why my Ciao Account Blocked and Deleted?

I got $2.72 in my Ciao. However, something bad was happened. My Ciao account was blocked. I do not understand ciao admin block and delete my account eventhough I wrote the comments base on my experience. I feel so sad and tired because I spend a lot of my time there.

i think u might have accidently violated anything from terms and condition... u may join again with another email and paypal id. u can transfer fund from one paypal id to another without any fee,i think. Any way all the best next time.. happy lotting

maybe because you have violation on ciao's policy and guidelines. be aware that caio has the right to do such thing without any warning if they find some discrepancies. you (we) all accept that terms and condition that's why you able to get in to ciao.

Hi friend, Do you have any idea what I need to do if I want to join it again? Can I use the same email address during sign up? I was disappointed when my account was blocked.

Well, if you had some sort of mutual agreement with your friends where you would give them positive ratings in return for good ratings for yourself, that might be the reason. That's the only thing I can think of, but I'm truly sorry your account got banned. You should email them and be persistent, don't give up until you get an answer as to why you were banned and hopefully sort the matter out.

Another possible reason is language proficiency. One of the conditions laid down is the use of 'accurate grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation.' If your reviews were of the same style as your posting above then I think you should take a deep look at this possibility. As an alternative use a word processing software which checks spelling and grammar on the fly.

Hi Iliaaz. It is good you shared the incidence. It is sad that your account is blocked by Ciao. have you asked them about the reason? Please share with us if you get any replies as it will help many of us, who are writing reviews regularly to Ciao, from surprises like yours. But would you share with us if you recall any incidence that might have caused the blocking?

Hi Iliaaz! The best route that you can take when you got problems of this kind is to send a support ticket to Ciao. Ask them why they had to block your account through their support page. Anyone who gets here and answers this discussion will only be dropping in to share their similar experience, but in the end, you still have to contact the support team by yourself.
