Do you sleep during afternoons?

It is a general idea that taking a small nap during afternoons will do a world of good to our concentration. Is that true and do you really sleep during afternoons? Yes I really enjoy taking a nap , a small one though during afternoons. A long sleep will ofcourse spoil our health. The general feeling is that small naps during afternoons will keep us active in the remaining part of the day and make us work effectively!!!

I'll occasionally take a nap in the afternoon, if I feel the need to. It's not something I do very often though. I don't make a habit out of it. But it does help however, when I do take a nap. It helps me out, when it comes to my concentration and stuff.

I've tried doing so but I find that I can't. If I manage to doze off I tend to sleep rather than nap. I'm sure it does help a lot; my brother tried it last year and said he felt a lot better because of it.

I sleep after our lunch break sometimes. I sleep really late (1am average) and I have work at 8 so when I get to the office, I'm still groggy sometimes. When I take my nap, I feel so much better all throughout the day.
