Is the world doing enough to counter terrorism????

Everyday we can hear about terrorist attack in different part of the world. Many innocent people die who doesnt even know the motive of terrorist.Politicians just offer condolence and do not take any aggresive action .I think they will take action only when there security cover is removed!!!!!!

I used to think, the only way to fight these types is war and killing and attacking them. Now, I'm not so sure. I mean, war will just kill others. Attacking them could also kill innocent people. However, I do agree the higher ups don't seem to care. I wish people would stop doing these acts of terror.

You must know that the government is behind all this (in this case its pakistan govt) ,People are brainwashed and they only know is how to kill (its work of intelligence and is a full fledged operation)
