Hello,Sweety! Normally I eat my full meals in the night.I am not a breakfast eater.I eat a small tasty vegetarian diet in the lunch so that I will be completely fit for the whole day.Heavy lunch would make me lazy at work.So my principal meal I eat in the night and I enjoy it really.thanx.

Well I guess I have to say that I neither eat much during breakfasts nor during lunch time. Let me explain myself a bit further. Almost always, I go to the office hurriedly in the mornings during weekdays. As expected, I tend to eat less in the morning but I try to eat rice with viand for breakfast so that I could last the entire morning without getting hungry. Since my school days, it has been my habit to bring along packed lunch with me in going to the school and office or workplace. Until now, I am practicing this. But because I do mylot during lunch breaks, I eat my lunch while doing mylot at the same time. So in effect, I also eat less during lunch time. What I usually do is have a hearty meal during dinner. But if I have to consider only the two choices you stated, which are breakfast and lunch, I guess I eat more during breakfast because my packed lunch is limited and even if I still feel hungry, I don't resort to buying more than my packed food.

I eat more in the morning-my breakfast because as many said that...breakfast is the most important meal of our everyday life as it is the source that u will have a strength & will power to do your daily routine works that needs more energy to move & concentrate well. I also eat more during my lunch then i slow down to eat during my dinner meal as our digestive system is slow to digest during our resting time. marilyn23

hi my dear friend, i think, the breakfast should be little heavy, then one should eat less in lunch and the least ion the dinner. one should keep very light in the night time because it is difficult to digest and in the morning one needs energy so what ever you have eaten burns and is digested fast. so you should avoid eating heavy in dinner and lunch.eating toooo much in the breakfast will also make you skip yourt lunch so eat that much so that you can have your lunch but a light and fulfilling and then some thing in the tea time and then lightest with a soup bowl in dinner.

hi sweety! well, it depends really. sometimes, when i am hungry in the morning, i eat a lot and since breakfast is near lunch and i had a heavy breakfast, i sometimes eat lesser lunch. but most of the time, my heaviest meal is in the evening, when it is supposed to be the lightest meal of the day. hehe good day and God bless you "-)

This is really good question to us because some times we can take more in the break fast but some times we can take much food in the lunch, I do prefer to take much food in the break fast so i feel more hungry at the time. I think your just like me.

Usually have light breakfast, sometimes with a hot drink. Lunch in average portions. Probably most of the time, eat lesser as one has to rush for work. For lunch, an hour is allocated usually, we may take more, after a few hours of moving about, be it work or otherwise.

I used to eat more Lunch than Breakfast like you. But I've slowly tried to change that habit for a healthier lifestyle. I've been eating heavier in the morning and it proves that I'm less hungry through out the day. Starbucks sandwich is my favorite. 1/2 of the sandwich at around 8 and another half at around 10am then lunch at 12. Eating small meals/snacks frequently (with the right caloric content) increases metabolism :D Thanks for the response on my discussion! Me,too. Because most of us have not enough time to enjoy a substantial breakfast but a hush one instead. However we can try our best to let our breakfast better. A breakfast with all kind of nutritions can make our all day vitality and keep a good health.
