Should I really count my posts per day?

I've read people posting here that we should post at least a certain amount of times a day in order to reach payout and I was thinking, do you really count the number of posts you make? should i count my posts? what if you don't make like 10 posts a day? do you try to make up for it the next day you go online?

I am not really counting on how many post I created in a day but I do make sure to check out my number of responses before starting to anything here in MyLot. If I am contented for the day then I will check out again on my number of responses before logging out. This helps me to monitor whether my responses decreases or not. Doing this, I noticed that everyday, I am losing a 1 or 2 discussion per day. Also, I can monitor my earning and relate that to my number of responses I made.

Hi, great suggestion, at least I do not have to really make a tally everytime I respond. I will just compare the difference of my responses when I started and when I am about to log out. I don't think that counts for the discussions that I make in a day since it doesn't really change our responses right?

No,i don't count coz whatever i do i can't reach my target for a day! Whenever i get online here, i challenged myself to post at least 100 but i don't think so, i can't do it! LOL! As far as i remember i had 460+ post when i get off here early this morning. This would be my 485th post aside from uploading pics, i dont have new discussions. I've been online for 7hours now.

I think that may also be a reason for me hehehe. Maybe you should set a lower goal for yourself then eventually move it higher as you go along. Its very encouraging to be able to reach your target even if its only low.

I used to count my posts and the reason for that was because I wanted to see if I could do 100 posts in one day. I did and I stopped counting after that. I just post discussions when I have the time and that's the end of it. I go to the next thing that I have lined up for the day. Cheers!!

Well, you get paid for quality of posts, so in that sense it doesn't really matter. However, I and millions of other users here, are losing posts every day. We follow the rules and yet all of our posts are being deleted by the hundreds every day. If we weren't keeping careful track of our post count, then we would never know that. It is important to keep up with how much exactly we are losing by other people's errors.

I haven't counted how many times do i post in a day yet but I'm planning to do it just to get a little nearer to that minimum payout. If I'm not that active for a certain day, I make sure that I'll compensate once I'm online again.

I dont count.. Also I guess most people over here dont know how earnings are calculated.. M new here but I see people over 1000 posts dont know too.. I dont understand why the earning part is not disclosed anywhere properly by Mylot.com.

hi silverglint, As you can see, I'm pretty new in mylot and have not been posting much yet. I don't really count my posting per day until I was replying to another discussion about earning money online. And this is what I come out with: I made $0.40 based on the 5 days I was first in Mylot. If this is consistent, I'll need abt 4+ mths to reach the $10 payout. Or I can aim for posting/responding which is abt 400+ to reach the $10 payout. This is a bit easier. If I can do 10 post/respond a day, I need 40 days. 20 post/respond a day, equals 20 days. Btw, I also tried posting a very short respond (about 2-3 lines) and don't do anything for the rest of the day. I got $0.01... Hahahahahaha.... Happy Mylotting
