Every have a nightmare boss? I mean a real nightmare.

I hear ya man. I worked with this clown one time who thought he was my boss. He knew that in the grand scheme of things, I had more clout and pull than he did, but ruling by intimidation was his game. He was the type to yell and scream and spit on you when he was close enough from screaming so much. He also used the poking people in the chest deal. That is where I drew the line. One day during one of his most stupid performances, he made the mistake of touching me. I touched him back, except it wasn't a tap. I shoved him on his butt. Needless to say, after he was done threating to take me to HR, he had decided that what I said was true, and he would be the one in hot water. I told him that I would get each crew member to come with me to HR to express their dislike for his management techniques. He never yelled at me again! Relax people...life is too short.

I have had a few bosses that I have not liked and I must be honest they have all been women, I have never had a woman boss that treated people fairly, they seem to to work in a different way than male bosses, I don't know what it is but it seems they act on in a personal way esoecially towards other women...so much so i hate to see women as bosses and i am a woman which i guess i should be backing them...I just can't help thinking women can't handle power sometimes...

I've had a couple of bosses that weren't very nice, but by and large most of my bosses have been decent. I did have one once that behaved immorally with a client, but It didn't come out until after I had already left my employment there.

oh your boss has an attitude, lucky for you because it is still a comedy. but when it is already serious, you need to get out of there man! actually there are norml to people because we are not created perfectly, maybe theres something lacking on his mind screw, hahahah...happy mylotting!
