Do you have night blindness when driving?

I have always had a problem driving at night. The glare from the on coming traffic really bothers me.
Last night, I was going to the library, which is only about eight blocks from my house. It was just starting to rain when I left and it was dark. OMG, I had to turn around and go back home, because with the rain drops on the windshield and the glare from the others cars, it made it difficult to see.
Do you have a problem when you drive at night?

I don't have a problem driving @ night. I wanted to tell you though that i just read that someone who has trouble driving at night might have be low on vitamin D. So i dont know if it would help or not but just thought you might like to know that.
