hi. i am the second. it is because of the nature of my work. i don't work in straight hours since it depends on the daily schedule. my MWF differs significantly with my TTH. because of this, i tend to anytime and anywhere and sometimes, i get skipped meals. which now reminds me to eat my lunch so i can get going. have a great weekend, mylotters!

I have a pretty regular schedule, but I don't eat regularly most of the time. I'm not quite sure if it's okay or if it has any bad effects on the body.

hi shiloh! i used to have a pretty irregular schedule. when i was still living at my parents' home. our house is far, so sometimes it is late when i get home to eat. sometimes, i would just pick something from where i am. but now that i am married and i work at home and eat with the family, i have a pretty much regular schedule. except breakfast, because it depends on what time i wake up. i eat breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner. that is about it, eheh take care and God bless you! have a happy weekend! :)

I always eat on time. It's not usually because I get hungry at the "proper" times of the day, but I just love eating. I always look forward to breakfast, lunch, and supper, and missing out on it or having it delayed really upsets me. I really don't know why... I'm not really a routine-type person, and the only reason I can think of as to why I would always eat on time is that I love to eat. Haha!

It depends of my time. Sometimes I eat on time mostly during weekend when I'm at home without classes. But during weekdays I am usually have an irregular time of eating because of my class schedule. I am currently studying.. Have a great weekend to all..

Hello, shiloh_222. I do not have a pretty exact time to eat. Not something like eating exactly at 02:30 in the afternoon. But I do have somewhat of an eating schedule. I will not eat if it is outside of a certain time. I believe that it is always better if it is like that, because your body will get used to the times you eat and you will not feel sick too often. It is always great to have a healthy routine. But what counts is not only the schedule. It is also about what you eat. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

Like you, my work schedule never allowed regular meals so now that we are retired we do not have a set meal time either. When we first retired I tried that for a while, but egads, not only did we start to pack on the pounds in a short time, it also seemed like I was spending far too much time shopping for food, planning meals, cooking, and cleaning up after. Now we eat one full meal and a light late dinner and just a small bedtime snack. It is enough. I drink water all through the day, however.

hi shiloh.. same with you, i cant eat my meal on time because of my schedule. i used to eat it on time. but with the change of schedule, i usually eat past my meal time. as a result, i eat more than my regular meal because im already very hungry. i gain a little weight now. so i decided to eat breakfast at home before i leave for work so that i will not be very hungry when lunch time comes. happy eating!

I usually skipped my meal even it was lunch breakfast or supper. I don't mind what time is it, if I feel I was hungry I would eat especially if I have worked. This things always remind my husband to me not to skip my meal but i cannot make it. If there is no food to cooked and I need to buy outside this makes me feel lazy so I'd better to wait for my kids. But many says skipping for meals are caused of Ulcer a sickness which our stomach may damage. Well i believe on that but because i was busy I cannot remember all about that sickness.

For the most part I eat on schedule. Before I go to work or classes, I have a quick cereal to hold me over till lunch time. Then at 12:30, I have lunch only something small. Around 3:00pm I'll have a snack and then have supper around 6:00 when I get home. I really try to stick to a routine because not eating messes me up.
