How to have a 10 star on your rating?

How can you get 1 star on your rating because I saw many account has 8 star and 10 star. 10 star means you rated 10 times positively? Am I right?

you get your star when you reach 100 posts. You will get 1 depending on how people have rated you. If you go over my star you will see numbers in it thats the % of how many people have voted me positivly and my over all work and conribution on my lot. No one knows for sure how things work here. But if you have 10 people voting you positivly and 10 negative you dont keep your 10 blue star just because 10 people rated you plus.
