Havarti cheese! I love this stuff on sandwiches, and crackers. I bought 3 different kinds tomato and basil, dill, and spicy. Mm Mm can't wait for my get together! Do you ever pick up Havarti cheese? What flavors do you get and how do you eat it? Have you ever cooked with it? I think it might taste good melted on noodles or something. I have never cooked with it yet but I think I will try it out with the left overs.

Havarti is a semi soft Danish Cows Milk cheese. Its similar to that really soft kraft mozzarella. Close your eyes and think of creaming soft mozza cheese with say a hint of dill, or basil and tomatoes. Mmm so delicious. :D They have the little holes like mouse cheese or swiss cheese. Very good for a adult style grilled cheese.

I love Havarti cheese as well. I tried a recipe that I saw on Rachel Ray's show that was great. Cut the Havarti into chunks and mix it with hamburger. Form into patties and fry. Serve on an onion roll. Always make burgers this way now.
