I love big dogs better than little dogs also. My favorite breed is definitely the german shepard. I love them because they are strong and smart and they work as police dogs. I'm not that big into pure breeds, so the german shepard that I have is a mix from the pound. I also like rottweilers, but I don't have one of those.

It's nice to get dogs out of the pound. They usually make great pets because they so happy for being rescued. No matter if they big or small.

That was my second dog i had and he was a great dog, He used to dig out from under the fence and meet me at the bus stop. I had to walk all the way back and lock him in the house.

I like chihuahuas. I have three of them, and they are my little darlings...

Yeah they bark a lot, especially when they hear something, or when a car comes into our neighborhood. They are really protective, and they will let you know when they hear or see something outside. I have had one of them for three years, and I still look outside when she starts barking. More often than not, it turns out to be another dog or a cat she is barking at, but at least she lets me know something is out there. Sometimes I don't see anything out there at all, but I still at least look out there. Who knows, the one time I do not look may turn out to be the one time I should have. I sleep a little easier at night knowing that they will let me know if something is not right...

Am not really a dog fan, but do have a soft spot for certain breeds. Labradors are definitely on my short list, either black or golden. They are such friendly things, you can't help but pet them. Also like big dogs Great Danes, now there is a dog! Can't be doing with these small rat-like breeds which some women take round in their hand-bags, like an accessory. I like those small "sausage dogs", can't remember what you call them now, but they have the loveliest big brown eyes.

I've always liked the medium sized mixed dogs. For a certain breed though I would say a lab or beagle (cute like Snoopy). I would definitely pick the black lab over the St. Bernard - too much drooling.

I like mixed breed dogs. They seem to have the best of what is in them. I love a collie, german shepherd mix. I had a mixed dog with that mix and it was the best dog I had ever run across. I got him when he was just a small puppy and he had the best personality ever.

My favorite breed of dog would have to be a German Shepherd. I have one and she is a great dog. They are pretty dogs, and very smart.
