how do you heal yourself?

no no.. i am not talking about healing yourself from a wound... wht do u do when you are depressed and things are not going as you planned... when i get depressed.. all negative thoughts enter my mind... i feel i m beng ignored.. i get insecured.. then i try to calm down.. but it doesnt really works... so wht is your solution..

interesting topic... I think different people will cherish different things more. There is a saying: "It's not what we have that counts, it's what we are or what we can do." Perhaps we can focus on what can not be taken from us. We can learn something new and be a better person. Or we can find hope in God. When we can derive joy in being useful to other people, it seems easy to avoid depression. Though there may be times when we are misunderstood, it seems to deliver a high value to be able to learn something new and be a better person than one's yester self. There's a saying: "It's not what we have, it's what we see; We choose what we see and then decide how we feel; We can decide to feel bad and depressed; Or we can keep doing one small good thing after another..." I just run... makes some sweat from my body would help my problems out too. if i want to get mad, i just mad, in my own room, hitting the pillow or something. i just need someway to express my self without hurting anybody.

HI FRIENDS When i am depressed or hurt ,then i listen to nice soothing music.Listening to music relieves me from depression and refreshes me.I also love to read some nice works by ggreat people,which makes me feel better and happy.Or else i love to meditate and doing meditation would be my first preference. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!

Life is not a bed of roses.Things do not move always as we wish.That is what life is.When I am depressed,I will feel as if I lost my life.Then my wife will come to me,to listen my problem.Then we both will think about the problem deeper and we will come out with a solution.This may take few minutes or hours and sometimes even few days.As "Time" is the best medicine,sometimes we seek the solution from the God,and wait for the right time to come to solve the problem.
