I truly hope that you are joking, or that you really have NO idea what the black market is. The black market is a term for the selling of things that are illegal. Goods sold on the black market are usually stolen or contraband. The people who buy stuff on the black market are usually less than reputable as well...Do yourself a favor and stay away from black market dealers and goods...
