hey i hit a old woman and then i got her treated in a hospital and gave her medicens but also don't know feeling bad. may be hit is slow but she is old na. now i thought to go to her house but scared what her family members say. thinking what to do. i want to know how is she. i have not told this to my parents. i paid 500 for treatment and all. but not feeling good.

That was very nice of you to not run and actually pay for the old womans expenses. It is hard to come across people who would actually care and think of following up on other people. I suggest that you do talk to the family, explain your case, and just ask how is she. But then again, you mightve already done so.

Your English is almost incomprehensible (and if you are as worried as you seem to be, that is understandable).
The only way to go is to be honest. You say you 'hit an old woman' ... were you driving or did you do it with your hand? (I suppose, actually, that it was an accident). It's possible that she was partly to blame for stepping out in the road in front of you but it's also possible that you were riding/driving in the wrong place, too.
It is the hardest, I know, when you try to imagine what her family will say but, if you are honest and say what happened and admit honestly and fairly to whatever fault was yours and express your genuine concern for the old lady (as if she were your own relative), then they should understand that and see that you are being reasonable.
